Having called Skagit County home for over 27 years, I bring both deep local knowledge and professional expertise to every client I serve. I specialize in Skagit County real estate, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate opportunities throughout the Pacific Northwest with clarity and confidence. My understanding of local neighborhoods, 55+ communities, micro-markets, and the nuances of estate and transition sales allows me to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals.

With a background in sales and product marketing, I take a proactive approach to every transaction. I believe clients deserve clear communication, steady leadership, and strong advocacy from start to finish. My goal is always to simplify the process so you can move forward feeling informed, prepared, and confident in your decisions.

I’m deeply committed to our community and currently serve on the boards of the Skagit Valley College Foundation and the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors®. I’ve also served with the Boys & Girls Club of Skagit County and Skagit Women in Business, and I proudly support the Windermere Foundation in its mission to help local families in need.

Outside of real estate, family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband, a local general contractor, and I have five adult children and two grandchildren, with twin grandsons on the way. Three of our children live and work here in Skagit County, which makes this community even more meaningful to us. In our free time, we enjoy golfing and spending as much time as possible with our growing family - especially visiting our grandkids. Having built our life here for nearly three decades, I truly understand what “home” means, and it’s an honor to help others find and protect theirs.
